Fault reported in December 2013 still not removed

Called the Telkom Fault reporting line on the 30th of Dec. 2013 to report a fault and was told that a technicial would be sent out. The Ref. No. given was 374CRZ301213. I called again on the 3rd of Jan 2014 to follow up and again advised the same. Another call on the 13th of Jan 2014 and was advised that it was escalated. I was given a 2nd "escalation" reference no. 571607. Today is the 21st of Jan. 2014... The line is still not working and there has been NO further communication from Telkom. So much for "keeping me in touch' . The reported fault is on 011 855-0896 if you care to resolve this matter out in this year!
