Attending to Personal Matters While Customer Wait

At 14:00 I went toMTN in Nicholway to see why my contract number was deactivated entirely instead of being ported to Vodacom as per my request of 02 April 2013. There are three kiosks in the store, two occupied by female staff who were with two customers activating new subscriptions. The third was vacant. After about 15 minutes, one of the female staff members told me she had asked her supervisor to come and assist with the queue which was now five deep (three customers had already left in irritation). Fifteen minutes later, still no supervisor. I asked the lady where he was and she indicated a door at the back of the store. I knocked on the door and asked if any one was inside, "vincent" poked his head out and holding a land line said he would be out in a minute. I stood at the door and could clearly hear that the call he was on was of a personal nature. Finally a few minutes later Vincent appeared, clearly in a huff, this was after I had been standing in the store for over half an hour. I have been a long time client of MTN, but my experience this year has been hellish. I am ever so happy that shortly I will never have to deal with this organisation anymore!
