Extremely disappointed

I recently went to the vodacom 4 u store in pavillion and purchased a samsung galaxy tab3. I was told that I will receive my headset and carcharger as they are still awaitng for stock. I have spoken to Graison he is keep on advising me that they are going to receive it in the next week it have being 2 and a half weeks from the time I have purchased it and still did not receive it. When I have spoken to Graison again he advised when he get stock I then advised even though it will be inconvenient for me I will go to another store to pick it up. Graison then advised that all the other stores dont have it of which I dont believe that is true. When I signed my documents he made me tick the part that I have received it which unconsciously enough did not realise until he told me that they dont have in stock. Clearly I am very disappointed and will like some answers as soon as possible or I will open up a case against vodacom and the sales rep.
