I am really peed off at the moment, my sister in law went to ABSA for some banking just now, my wife and baby was with her. So while she was standing and waiting the Que my wife could no longer stand by her with our baby and went to have a seat in the waiting area. After a few minutes the security guard came up to her and asked if he can help her, she explained that she is just waiting for her sister to finish in the Que as she could not stay in the Que with the baby any more. He then asked her to leave as it is bank policy that you cannot wait in the bank. I have never heard of it as my wife always waits for me if I have to do banking at FNB and they don't have a issue with it. So while I'm typing this my wife is standing outside in the sun with my 6 month old baby because ABSA wants her out. And you wonder why I closed my accounts with you and are no longer banking with you. I think its pathetic!
