The Sandton City Cell C branch is pathetic at service delivery. I booked my phone in August 2013 for repairs. Following which the phone was sent back to the branch due to the fact that the branch did not request the completion of an Incident Form. I then completed an Incident Form in October 2013 and from then until today 28 January 2014, the phone has not been booked in again by the Sandton City branch. I have been in touch with the store on numerous occasions and was even promised by the branch manager, that I would have feedback ASAP. Guess what this was on 18 December 2013 and it has been more than a month since. I am paying for the non-use of cell phone for 5 months and I think that the store or Cell C should pick up this bill. The expected turnaround time is 21 days and I think that 5 months is just unacceptable. Hope this helps out if anyone is considering going to Cell C Sandton City.
