Since 20 December I have been waiting for my new contract phone. All I received was an apology for the inconvenience caused and a that a senior consultant will call me regarding my problem (response from Vodacom 16 January) NO CALL NO PHONE - STILL WAITING for VODACOM to sent my phone.
