Vodacom does it again!!!

After placing an order for delivery for a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini and waiting ages for delivery, Vodacom further activated my prepaid sim card instead of giving me a new line for the new phone. My prepaid sim card which is in my Blackberry phone is not a microsim and hence could not fit into the new phone, so what was Vodacom's thinking behind this activation? Due to all the hassles I received from Vodacom I decided to return the phone to them, however my prepaid sim is still not back to prepaid and all my normal Blackberry services have been unavailable since the wrong activation which was done in December 2013. I do not have caller id as well so I dont know who is calling me or who's calls I have missed, all my services are non-existent basically. I have called Vodacom several times to enquire about the status however all they can tell me is I have to "wait" a number of days before the reversal can be done! Well I am tired of waiting, I think I have waited long enough. Not having my normal Blackberry services like bbm and internet etc. has caused a tremendous amount of inconvenience for me and I am utterly disappointed and annoyed!
