I reported a fault on my ADSL line last week, . Telkom qiuick to acknowledge receipt of my reported fault but nothing has been done. I have no access to the internet and i need access urgently. I have to pay Telkom for a service yet when a fault is reported, they do absolutely nothing. I phoned today and held on for 40 minutes and then gave up holding any longer. How long do i, as a consumer need to continue paying this account but not getting any service? This is so third world and shoddy!!!
