Been trying to cancel my faulty line and can't get through to the call center. What a useless company and i don't know why South Africa continues to support them. Couldn't get them to come and fix my faulty line for two months and now i can't seem to get through to them to cancel my line. What does one do? Meantime they are still merrily sending accounts to me for a line that I cannot use???
