PATHETIC SERVICE

I upgraded my cellphone in October 2013 and was assured that I would be emailed a copy of the new contract in due course. As I never received it, I have sent 2 emails asking for a copy to be sent but without any response. As I am legally entitled to a copy, this failure to comply is totally unacceptable.
