Not only has Tracker raised a debit order for three times the actual contract amount they also refuse to provide me with a copy of their terms and conditions - as requested by me in the recorded contract - . I have also requested a copy of the recording I am legally entitled to in terms of the CPA and NCR yet the sales person blatantly ignores my request. None of their online emails including the CEO's mail works.
