Vodacom has continually failed to change my new banking details on their system, which led to my service being suspended and hard locked without any warnings, notifications or it even being my fault. This is now the third month in a row that Vodacom has failed to update my banking details. Vodacom can't even phone me since they were the incompetent network to suspended all my services, without realizing the impact it will have on my business and clientele. This is unacceptable!!!
