Cell C called me to advise that I still owe them an amount, I requested all the necessary banking details and information and paid it in full as soon as possible.
I sent the proof of payment as requested and was assured by the call center agents that everything will be sorted out and that a paid up letter would be emailed to me.
After tons of phone calls trying to sort this out, agents Jacky, Thembisele, Innocentia assured me that they have sent requests through for this letter to be emailed to me.
It is several months later and I am STILL WAITING!!! I just called in and spoke to Kgomotso and she also assured me that she has sent a request through for the letter to be emailed urgently.
This is not how you do business, you are quick to call when clients owe you money but extremely delayed in sorting out all the paperwork once your clients have paid and want their names cleared.
I want this sorted out IMMEDIATELY!!!
