Misinformation from superiors

I spoke to Dineo who was very helpful about my account info, called back and was assisted by Sebastian who provided me with banking details for my account ot be closed once paid up. On the 6th of May the account was paid and i requested paid up letter and i spoke to Dineo who forwarded all my details to Maria the supervisor. She assured me that it will be emailed as she have it on her mail. No email was received form her to date. I received email from Johannes another supervisor who asked for POP and it was resend to him to close the account. After 48 hours there was no response from him, i had to call him on the 22nd and was put on hold for 3 minutes unti i hanged up. He called back just to infomr me that he will attend my mail and the confirmation letter will only be send within two to three weeks and i asked why was i promised it will be emailed by Maria and he couldnt answer and the misinformation form one of the superious with bad service
