NO FEEDBACK-AWAITING PAID UP LETTER

I have paid up my Edgars account on the 29th January 2013. I requested the account to be closed and asked to be sent a paid up letter. I still haveent received anything, I called in again this morning and I was told that the letter was emailed, I never received any email and when I requested it to be re-sent I was told it will take 2-3 days. it is impossible that a letter can take this long to be emailed. when I requested it to be posted I got told it will take 7 days. I need this paid up letter urgently.
