I get such bad service with regards to my 2 accounts I currently have with Telkom Mobile/8ta.

My account never gets billed correctly, on the correct day.
I never know when I need funds in my account with regards to their collection systems. Even if I am 8 rand sort, they will take the available funds, not notify my of the shortfall, and the moment any other funds hit my account, they debit me for the balance and another 2 months worth of installments. I now have huge outstanding amounts on my 2 accounts with no one notifying me.
Debit of R375.00 goes off on Saturday the 25th, call to find out when my account will be activated, to hear that it is all fine and will work from the 1st of the new month. I cannot understand how their debit order systems work, I call the call center to get clarification on whether their contract give permission to debit your account any other day than the one specified, and cannot get an answer as the agent is not familiar with the contracts. Get put through to sales department to see if they can assist me at 13:40 in the afternoon, to reach a voice prompt that tells me I am calling after their office hours of 8am to 5pm...

I want answers, NOW!!!
