Bad communication

My wife signed a contract with 8ta/Telkom Mobile in October. expecting the debit order to go off on the last day of that month. This did not happen. After contacting the call center, and finding out that the debit order will go off on the 15th of November and the amount was way more that we expected.

After receiving bad service from the call center agent, I was forced to report her to Mr Makgaka. I requested that the debit order date to be changed as there will not be funds in our bank account that time of the month.
On the 6th of November at 15h30 Mr Makgaka sent me an e-mail stating that if payment is made that day, the debit order can be stopped. I made paymet on 8 November in cash. Proof was sent to Mr Makgaka and I was then informed the debit order can not be stopped. Debit orders can only be stopped if made before or on 6th of relevent month. This was not convayed to me.

This morning my wife informed me that the debit order has gone of and was rejected due to funds NOT being available on the account. Now there is R60 deducted of our bank account that we can not get back.

After 11 November Mr Makgaka never gave me any feed back of any sort.
