I was billed on my account and had debit failure fee because Telkom sent a naedoo debit on my account, after I had specified that my account should not be debited before the 25th. this was specified to the call centre agent and he assured me that there wouldn't debit. now I have been charged R115 by my bank because of a failed debit order.
this is unacceptable that this mobile dealer is only concerned with making money even at the cost of its customers.
