Trading service it's so bad and poor custome

Hello Peter, on 11 November 2012 I brought R155.00airtime @ Maponya mall Cell C store, salesperson give me a wrong airtime R5, when I get home I found the printed wrong airtime, which suppose to be R155. But he give me R5 airtime, from November to December was out of the country, I couldn't report this matter on time, but immediately I come back to South Africa, I called the store manager of Cell C notifying him what happened, I ask him if I can scan my slip and traces my slip and airtime, he told me I must come to the store then he can have a look, so today I want to the store, I ask one of the consultant to call the acting manager for today, sample told he can't help me because store manager is on leave, then I incensed to get help becoz I'm staying at Vosloorus which it's far from Maponya mall, which it not my fault that the consultant printed the wrong airtime, they did traces my airtime, it happened that salesperson didn't print out my airtime, the reason I am complainting is that the acting manager never apologise to me, he just throw the airtime onthe counter, everyone in the store don't have name badge, I ask him to give me his name refused to give me his name, I've worst my times
