Cell C
No cash float, so I cant buy airtime

I went to the cell c store in Mimosa mall Bloemfontein, and requested to purchase airtime, I was told they cant sell me airtime since they dont have cash float, to give me change... I was realy disappointed that I waisted my time walking into that store!
