How do you expect people to work with your current technician policy? I have had an ADSL line with Telkom for a one and a half months now, It hasn't worked properly once! I have taken 3 days of leave at different times to wait for a technician to arrive or advise me on what's happening, only to sit like a lemon at home for your guys to NOT SHOW UP! or give me the common courtesy of a phone call to tell me they are not coming. So you are not only wasting my money by charging me for a service you are unable/unwilling to provide, you are also wasting my leave which I would really rather be spending doing something other than wait at home for you guys to not do your jobs. 119CWK230114
