So I have been struggling for quite some time to get a line installed at my home in order to get ADSL. After I eventually got an order placed I was contacted by Telkom via SMS to inform me that I must be at home on the 7th February 2013 for installation and it is a full day appointment, I then tried to move it to monday when my cleaning lady is at home but after I called they said that if is is not the 7th I will only be helped the end of March so I said ok please come then on the 7th, so I took a DAY OFF WORK in order to be at home for the installation, but the technician never showed up to do the installation. So I wasted a day of leave to fit Telkom's schedule but then they don't show up. I phoned three times througout the day while waiting and I was just told they can't check where the technician is I must just wait he will show up, but he never did. This is rediculous.
