We have an ADSL 2Mbps line at home which, to my knowledge, has never yet run at the speed which it is supposed to.
We phone constantly to complain or find out what is happening, and although they are usually pleasant and try to help, they are seldom able to do so and keep blaming Telkom. Telkom have a 7 working day service level with them, so you generally wait the full 7 days before anything happens - and sometimes not even then, so they have to escalate the problem.
Telkom says they are able to provide the line (which I pay through MWeb), Mweb says that they don't throttle the package I am on, so why don't I ever get the speed I'm paying for?
If I only get less that half the speed, should I not get at least half the money back each month until they are able to provide the service? I think so.
Come on MWeb, refund me for all the months I haven't been able to use the full service!!!
