I made arrangements to pay my account. Paid the amount at an MTN store on Saturday 25 January 2014. Today the phone was disconnected. Went to the MTN store and they advised I should call them to reconnect. I have been holding on for one hour and 45 minutes for someone to answer at the call centre this evening. My wife waited 1 hour during the day before disconnecting the call. This is unacceptable and the service and turn around times for queries is unacceptable
