I have taken my 2 month old blackberry z10 in for repairs on the 6th January 2014. I have been in contact with both the Branch as well as the repair center. Both take no responsibility for getting me a replacement for nor do they see any urgency in helping.
I was promised the phone would be repaired in 7 days, to day 21 days later I still have no phone nor has any contact been made by the supplier to apologise or inform me of the next steps.
MTN and the Blackberry Z10 = utter disappointment.
