My blackberry has been for repairs with Cresta Telkom Branch from early May. No contact has been made with myself. Two weeks ago I did call and go and see the branch manager of telkom cresta. She didn't returned my calls and acted like she was doing me a favor by helping me. She did promise to rush my repairs and have a replacement blackberry given to myself but this has not happened and no contact has been made.
Please advise urgently as its over the normal time period.
