Hi, I have written to Hello Pitter before to complain about Cell C over billing me even after I have told them before to cap my line. Since then they have contacted me telling me that they will search for call recording I made to their call centre to confirm this. It has been more than 3 weeks since they last told me this and nothing has happen, now I keep getting calls and letters threatening to take me to court for not pay. The interesting part is that one of the consultants told me they do not keep record of calls made to them, after I insisted that it was not possible and that I knew for a fact that all calls are recorded, that's when he agreed to raise that call to retrieve those recordings. I feel like scare tactics are being employed to get me to give up on this matter. Please advise!
