Can someone please explain to me what happened to my airtime balance?
ONCE AGAIN I WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR A CONSULTANT TO LOOK and see what the problem is, and then the call ended and just started ringing on a different number for endless minutes!
I had more than R400 available two weeks ago and this morning I am sitting with R0.30 and only made six calls during the past two weeks.
17th Jan - 1 min 35s
18th Jan - 0min 28s
22 Jan - 1 min 9s
24 Jan - 2 min 23s
25 Jan - 3 min 45s
26 Jan - 2 min 45s
A total of 13 min and 15 seconds that costs me more than R400 which amounts to R35 per minute???
What is going on with Virgin Mobile??? I am absolutely appalled by this pathetic service!!!

Last week I spend countless minutes trying to just get a settlement amount out of your incompetent call centre agent, had to be transferred, then the call was cut off, a second time as well and I just gave up. I am appalled by this pathetic company and poor levels of service. It is so poor that I still cannot be provided with a settlement amount to get rid of this service.
I have been a client for more than half a decade, but this stops now!!!
