To whom it may concern.

I spoke to Yusrah Adams from selldirect on 22/01/2014 around 2pm. The call was to offer me a Cell Phone upgrade, which i was happy to take. The problem aroused when i discovered i wasn't receiving BBM's or Whatsapp messages on my blackberry, at first i thought it was a network issues but it wasn't. Now to cut the long story short, i was pulled from pillar to post with failure to reach this consultant that gave me misleading information. She migrated my contract instead of upgrading it, as a result my blackberry services has been discontinued which YUSRAH guaranteed me that the migrate won't have an impact on my current contract till it comes to term mid March. Through battling to get hold of her on Friday and making calls to have this contract cancelled with immediate effect CALL REF: SPI004624619. She later called me, did an investigation on her side, offered to pay for my BIS, i requested a written confirmation and till today i haven't received it neither had a follow up call from her and worse my BIS is still not working. I request to have this matter settled today, my BIS activated or have this contract terminated effectively.
