Cannot get hold of call centre

I recently received my monthly statement which is normally R149/m, this last month it was R389/m. I been trying since Thursday at my expense to contact the client services as per the number on the statement 083 1 808. Since Thursday I have waited 3 times for over 10min per call with no response at which point I have to disconnect as how long should one hold.

I sent 2 emails to which I got an automated reply saying I will be attended too??? that also has not happened.

its just shocking???
