On Thursday 12/09/2013 i called the jdg call centre spoke to Palesa requesting a statement on my Josua door account, she advised that she is sending the request to the relevant department and i will receive my statement within 72hrs. that was Thursday yesterday 18/09/2013 I called because I still haven't received my statement I then spoke to a gentleman named Ntokozo who told me that he can see the request hasn't been actioned but he will resend it to the statement department and he transfered me to the department which the line took me back to the main line, I became so frustrated as i was not being assisted.
Today 19/09/2013 still no statement I call through and spoke to Noma who told me the same thing ntokozo told me and said she is transfering me to the manager Mpho at the statement department, the phone rang for while then I drooped the call as I was tired of waiting for no service. Noma gave me contact details to call which I just don't understand why I must call another department if I logged the request and was told it will be done.
I just don't understand how can something as simple as a statement can take 6 days.
