Spending a firtune at Call Centre

I have been trying to contact the EC Call Centre for 3 days now and spent over R60 in phonecalls and being on hold forever. Eventually this morning after a twenty minute hold again< i got hold of someone who gave me my balance for reconnection (R757.39). I have now deposited the money and need to contact them AGAIN to receonnect. However, I have once again wasted a fortune on hold - caller number 139 and so it goes on. SOMEONE, please contact me and reconnect my services! It is shocking that customers are subjected to this shocking call centre service and cost. With all the money we spend, surely a 0800 number should be set up and more agents employed!! Come on dstv - give us customers what we deserve. And kindly reconnect my services!!!
