I have recently moved to KZN from PE. The house I was renting was sold. We had purchased an ADT alarm when we moved in. when I got to KZN last year I sent and email requesting that it be cancelled. That was on the 03/12/2012. You sent me your automated message that somebody would contact me. Still waiting. Your ticket number EDC74BC507C96. Then I sent another email on the 15/01/2013. Once again your automated email was sent. EF744F550EE1B. Still waiting. Now on the 04/03/2013 I contacted your call centre. I was on the phone for more than 20 min. I was transferred from CT to JHB. Somebody even answers and put me on hold before I can even say something. When I started complaining to one call centre operator, she just put me on hold and then somebody else answered. I find this utterly unprofessional and frustrating. There should be a direct line where you can contact somebody
