Monthly Statement request

We have been trying to receive monthly statements through email but nothing. We have to call repeatedly each month only to hold on the line for ages. Their system has not been automated to forward our statements. Its a waste of time and money to continuously call and hold on for long periods and only to find out a month later nothing has been done. Quite annoyed by the service we have been receiving.
