WRONGLY BILLED AND MISSLED

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW BY OTHER PEOPLE IF ANYONE ELSE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM OR HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS I HAVE WITH MTN PLEASE???

AFTER 18 MONTHS OF A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH MTN, I WENT AND TOOK OUT ANOTHER CONTRACT PHONE WITH MTN. THE CONTRACT WAS FOR R 400.00 PM. AFTER RECEIVING MY STATEMENT AT THE END OF THE MONTH FOR MY NEW CONTRACT THE AMOUNT WAS R6800.00 AND MY PHONE WAS DISCONNECTED. THE CONTRACT WAS TAKEN OUT AT MTN IN VEREENIGING, THE LADY THAT HELP ME AND MY SON GAVE US FALSE INFORMATION ON THE CONTRACT AND ALSO DIDNT MENTION ANY EXTRA COST OR NOTHING. I ALSO SAW A CHARGE FOR A DATA SWITCH PACKAGE ON THE STATEMENT THAT I WAS NOT AWARE OF NOR DID THEY AT THE SHOP MENTION THIS "DATA SWITCH PACKAGE"TO ME, AND I DID NOT ASK FOR IT, BUT I WAS BILLED FOR IT AND HAD TO PAY THE AMOUNT.NO ONE AT CUSTOMER CARE COULD HELP ME AND WENT TO HEAD OFFICE THEY ALSO NO USE AND IAM SITTING WITH THIS PROBLEM NOW FROM LAST YEAR NOVEMBER 2013 AND STILL STRUGGLING TO GET THIS SORTED WITH MTN!!! ANY ONE WITH THE SIMILAR PROBLEM???
