Reported POOR SERVICE Ref 204CRK040114 almost a month back. Telkom Website tracking "Fault Reference number does not exist" Report new fault "Can not report fault as fault reported on same reference number.
Telephone call centre and wait over 30 minutes. "Will address in 3 days" No response. Download speed of 0.2
Had service for 6 and a half years and have never experienced such slow speeds.
Now what options do I have?
