ENOUGH IS ENOUGH TELKOM

I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING TO GET MY ADSL LINE WORKING SINCE 20 JANUARY. AFTER MAKING 6 PHONE CALLS TO TELKOM, STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. EVERY TIME I PHONE I GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER 1. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR LINE 2. ITS ONLY YOU WITH A PROBLEM 3.TELKOM WILL GET A TECHNICIAN TO PHONE YOU. HEARD IT ALL BEFORE CAN YOU JUST FIX THE LINE.
CANT ANY ONE AT TELKOM GIVE ME A PROPER ANSWER WHY MY ADSL LINE IS DOWN AND OF COURSE DON'T RELY ON TELKOM TO GIVE YOU A TIME FRAME.

DOES TELKOM REALISE THAT OUR INCOME IS DERIVED FROM THE INTERNET, THAT WE RELY ON THE INTERNET TO DO OUR BUSINESS. BUT WHEN IT COMES DOWN (I'M SURE EVERYONE AGREES) THAT WHEN YOUR LINE IS UP AND (HOPEFULLY, MAYBE) RUNNING AND YOU TELL TELKOM THAT YOU WILL NOT PAY FULLY FOR THE SERVICE THAT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE, THEY WILL DISCONNECT YOU.SO I SAY WHATS THE USE??? WE MUST PAY AND STILL WAIT FOR A SERVICE THAT IS NOT PROVIDED BY TELKOM. BUT FORBID... YOU DON'T PAY THEY CUT YOU OFF. SO HERE WE GO... MY REF # 378CRK230114 LETS WAIT AND SEE THE RESPONSE...
