Cell C very Bad Customer Service

I found out in November 2013 that someone had done an upgrade on one of my phone line. The consultant who helped me asked me to bring an affidavit from the police station which I did. I received a reference no 3112201795 and was told my case would be resolved in 48hours. This was on the 22/11/2013. I have been going to the store several times to get feedback but everytime they tell me the case is still under investigation. I don't understand why its taking so long because they even gave me the id of that person which they have admitted is not me. This has affected my credit affordability. This month they deducted R1014.00 from my bank account. I went to the store to find out why. The manager called customer service and they said as long as the case is still being investigated they will keep deducting from my account. I need help to resolve this matter PLEASE.
