Good Day, I bought a phone on tuesday at cell c parow centre but the battery is giving me problems. Today is sunday and I tried returning the phone as I was working during the week. The consultant then told me that she needs to send the phone away which i do not get as I am returning the phone within 7 days. Are they not suppose to immediately replace the phone? I then called the store after leaving and got through to dillon who was ignoring me and not responding on the call. I then spoke to a lee telling me im giving her an attitude. The service was pathetic. I will be taking this complaint to the consumer protection authority. The worst part was dillon just not responding.
