I always saw on [URL Removed] that people complain about vodacom and their uselessness to put their clients first and everyone moving away from them to another network. I experienced this when I wanted to upgrade my vodacom contraact to a new plan. I have 500 free minutes on offpeak times. Now I was told that if I wanted to upgrade to another plan, I will lose all those minutes. How pathetic is that kind of service whereby I cant even keep the minutes on the same network. I might aswell phone my telkom line and let the 500 minutes run out by actually using them, rather than this network them anyway. I will also be moving away from them in 3 month's time because this is day light at its best. I have an mtn number as well that is due for an upgrade, rather put all my eggs in ons basket.
