In October 2013 a that my identity through an ID document that was made with my details, even though the surname is spelt wrong, upgraded my cellphone account with MTN. I then found out and reported the matter with MTN in Secunda and I was instructed to make an affidavit stating that I didnt do the upgrade and also open a case of identity with the police station and I did that. In that month I never heard from MTN again and had to go back the store to get feedback but I was told everything has been sent to the department. I made several calls in November and I spoke to different people and up to this day nothing has happened. Im still billed every month for the cell phone I do not have and I have sent the required document to several people who promise to come back to me everytime but they never do. All I want is MTN to close the account and stop billing me for an item I do not have.
