Charged for Migration despite it being waived

To whom it may concern:
I upgraded my phone last December and when I wanted to change talk packages, was told I would pay a migration charge. The agent said she'd speak to her manager and see whether she could waive it, which she then advised me had been done. I was delighted!

However, my invoice has arrived and I see that I am indeed being charged the full migration fee.

I called on 11 January 2014 (ref: 325344207) to complain and was told that I would receive a call back later that afternoon after they had listened to voice calls. No call back.

I called on Monday 13 January 2014 to follow up and was given a reference number - S3/0412V/VAIML and was told that it takes 48 hours to complete and someone would call me back - nothing.

I phoned on 17 January (ref: 326161689). I was advised that someone would call me back - nothing.

I phoned on 23 January - same story - someone would call me back - NOTHING!

So, the 31st is fast approaching when you will be overcharging me R1, 007.19. I'm disgusted that I haven't even received a single call back to update me. I intend putting a stop on my debit order and I'll pay you what I rightfully owe you - my invoice total less R1, 007.19.
