Consider these before choosing Mweb!!!

I have been with them for two weeks and already cancelled my subscription.
Contacting Mweb is a nightmare. Holding on for extremely long periods of time. 10 minutes plus.
I was told by support after finding out Mweb throttled my account. My package was mainly for emails and not for streaming anything. Not sure why I have a 4MB uncapped package. I should be able to get emails on a 1mb package.
Mweb thottled my 4mb package to 256kb after not much usage. 45GB. With this you can barely browse the web. That is how slow it is. The cooling of period took about 4 days. So you should be able to use your connection for half a month and pay full price.
No one at Mweb can tell me at what stage the thotting is taking place. No one knows what the mysterious limit is.
My query was escalated within Mweb, Only to be ignored. It is going for five days with no response.
Worst ISP I have ever experienced.
