No help being sent from Pilllar to Pilla

On the 23/01/2014 in the afternoon our Out Going Mail server started experiencing problems, when you send an e-mail it automatically bounce back, the following day on the 24th I called the Telkom business on 10217, I have been sent from one consultant to another nothing has been resolved, I was asked to called 10210 for help but got same thing from one consultant to another nothing has been resolved, I was referred to call 081 180 I was sent from one consultant to another and at the end I referred back to were I started.

To queue to speak to consultant it about 15 - 30 minutes, can you imagine I spent the whole day on the phone speaking to consultants on the queue to get a consultant, to day its Monday the 27th I am still being sent from one consultant to another, it seems no one is able to resolve the problem with our Out Going Mail server, its almost 12h00 none still on the phone holding for a consultant since morning around 09h45, I am really frustrated indeed, I have other business issues that I have to attend, I cant spend days on the Telkom Call center being sent from one consultant to another.
