We had 4 contracts with Autopage and cancelled 3 off them in September due to content charges by a third party and not authorised by us. Autopage did not even attempt to assist us in resolving the matter they just referred us to the so called 3rd party. All 3 contracts were inactive after the cancellation period. To my surprise another debit order went through our account for a contract that was cancelled and inactive. I then received a statement reflecting a number unknown to me. I contacted Autopage on the 4th November and was informed that it's for a dual simcard. The charges on the dual simcard once again are for CONTENT!!! My contract and sim with Autopage is discontinued. How can a dual sim still be active? The simcard is neither in use nor in my possession. The most confusing part is that the unknown number never before appeared on my account!!!
