On perusing my latest account (November 2013) I noticed that I was charged for Content Services (Mira Networks and Integrate) of which I supposedly subscribed to.
I have never in my history (almost 10 years) with Cell-C subscribed to any of these services. I know what the cost implications of these subscriptions are.
Neither have I subscribed to any of the abovementioned services either. When looking at my October 2013 account I founf that there were of these similar charges as well. This is where it all started.
The amount for October 2013 is R56.17 (Incl) and November 2013 is R316.66.
Upon enquiry about these charges Iwas told to contact the above Companies. I never communicated with them for anything, why must I now contact them???
I am not very happy with Cell C at the moment and demand that these charges be reversed.
