Unknown content charges on account

In the month of October I received Septembers bill for my data contract with Autopage.
The bill included a huge amount for " content"
This query was lodged with the local branch but Autopage (Cell C) head office can still not provide me with info on what the billing is for and who the receiving third party is.
I nee to see evidence where I approved this so called subscription and how I go about to cancel this.
The matter has been raised b y numerous other customers I can somehow not be addressed.
By taking money from anyone without permission is considered a criminal offence and should be reported, which will be my next step.
