No MTN Number can contact me

I have ported to Cellc from MTN about 5 years ago, now for the past 8 months i can get no call from any MTN number I have googled it and the people say it is a problem on MTN side, MTN says the proble is on Cellc side people say it is faulty links or something like that mabe something that both porting departments did not do.

Cellc even told me to do a sim swap so i did and the problem stays the same. why only MTN!!!
