Inaccurate account EVERY MONTH

I have a so called free black berry 9230 contract which I have been advised that calls made from my land line 0118558764 will be FREE to 0187958389 but ever since I took out this contract I have been charged when making calls from my land line to the cell phone. I call in to the accounts department but get advised that they will reverse the charges. I find the service at Telkom disgraceful. There is not HELP at all and only get 9 mins to discuss my problem when I call in to the accounts department. Now I am in arrears and am getting interest chargers for Telkom's fault (day light).
