I am currently on the smartplan 100, upgraded about a month ago! First month I received nearly 600mb, unlimited calls to other 8ta numbers and unlimited bbm for R388. This month I was told that I only receive 150mb, unlimited bbm etc. Now I see that 8ta has changed the exact same package from R388 to R349 for the smart plan 100, same minutes, bbm etc only exception is you get 1gig free data!! How in the world does this work? Smart plan 100 is smart plan 100, decide what SMART PLAN 100 will offer 600mb, 150mb or 1gig. Any person reading this post, stay away from 8ta/Telkom mobile, if you have had bad experiences with Telkom don't expect anything other than that with Telkom mobile! If I don't get this resolved by 8ta I will be contacting the consumer, in order for them to get this sorted and to get 8ta to stop screwing their customers over.
